Nanjing Stepan Jinling Chemical Co.,Ltd was founded on March 8th 2004, a JVC invested by Stepan USA and Sinopec Jinling Petro-chemical. It locates in No.92 Taixin Road,Xixia District Nanjing, China. To jointly build a PA Polyol Manufacturing Base in Asian-Pacific Area is our mission.

Stepan USA was founded in1932, which is the largest merchant manufacturer of AP Polyols and the leading merchant manu-facturer of surfactants globally, with its 15 manufacturing locations worldwide and exclusive, patent technology.

Jinling Petrochemical Limited Co. allies to Sinopec Group. With the advanced management &qualified raw materials, and the 2 Plants are capable of manufacturing 100,000t/a PA Polyol per year.

The foundation of Stepan Jinling is another important action of globalization strategy of Stepan USA.It's mainly focused on researching, developing and sales of Polyester Polyol series, It was formally put into operation in May 2005 with the production capacity of 20t/a PA Polyol. And our products are widely applied in thermal insulation, construction and refrigeration industries, such as Pipe Insulation, water Heaters, and Spray Foams etc.

It will help China becoming the main manufacturing country and also better satisfy the needs of APP globally with our high–tech.
